Notice Charges for Health Care Services

San Benito Health Foundation serves all patients regardless of ability to pay.

All individuals that choose to receive health care services at San Benito Health Foundation are required to first register as patients and renew as patients annually. During the registration and annual renewal process, patients are interviewed to determine method of payment and eligibility for various benefit health plans and programs, including eligibility for Sliding Fee Scale discount.

In accordance with the Federal Poverty Guidelines, SBHF’s sliding fee scale is based upon family size and income. SBHF does not discriminate against any individual receiving health services because of their inability to pay for services.
